Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

A hint of cherry blossom ("sakura") mingles with the otherwise almost classic juniper profile. The flavour is also finely sanded down by the flattering nature of the stone fruit. The subtle (!) cherry note is particularly noticeable in the finish.
