Bright, shiny golden yellow with a drop of copper. On the nose hints of raisins, blossom honey, but also some red bell pepper, paired with black elderberry. On the palate a raft of fresh herbs and hay, spreads wide in the mouth with good intensity, seems minimally spirity on the finish.
