Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Notes of peach, citrus confit and black tea on the nose. Also some lemon balm, dark chocolate and savoury notes. Rather delicate on the palate, with a subtle sweetness and notes of angelica root, apple sauce, bitter orange and Mirabelle plum. Long finish.
