Deep dark amber with a tendency towards walnut. Aromas of gentian root, thyme and lemongrass on the nose, with a slight cinnamon aftertaste. On the palate it shows with classic bitter notes, of gentian root and meadow herbs, slender and clear in the aftertaste, fruity, a great product for alcohol-free mixology.
