Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is nutty, with a lifted character. The palate is suprisingly citrus-led at the start, followed by walnut, herbs and a typical bitterness. Beautiful length.
