Spicy and woody in the first impression, notes of rosemary, juniper and a hint of citrus characterise the aroma. Powerful on the palate with a gentle bitterness that comes from juniper and almost conifer tones. Some citrus, herbs such as rosemary and lavender and savouriness as a counterpoint. The medium-length finish is slightly ethereal and savoury.
