Slightly green, fresh walnut characterises the nose, pure and typical. Notes of herbs and toffee resonate. Creamy and gently spicy on the palate. A slight bitterness is carried by a balanced sweetness and skilfully frames the distinctive walnut notes. Herbaceous, slightly sweet and spicy on the finish.
