Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The aroma and consistency is strongly reminiscent of fresh zabaglione. The palate is very dense and vanilla, with a fine biscuity note. Delicate "bite" in the aftertaste.
