Tasting Notes

98
Tasting from 02.12.2022: Benjamin Herzog

For this monument to the cherry, the traditional Zug company Etter uses wild cherries that grow near the forest in the region. Limited to 977 bottles. Intense, expressive nose with intense bitter almond notes, followed by ripe cherry aromas. Very clear, and soft on the palate with aromatic, sweet cherry fruit. Elegant and balanced, with a long finish.
