Fruity, savoury and vinous on the nose, complemented by fine herbs and spices. Sweetish on the palate at the start, followed by a certain spiciness and again very vinous, fruity notes. The savoury bitterness gains strength towards the end of the middle section, the finish is sweet and slightly tart.
