Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Sweet, intense pear fruit, tending towards floral (candied violet), subtle pith and pear. Very sweet on the palate with an equally intense pear aroma and good length. Sweetness remains somewhat persistent.
