Bright amber colour, brightening. Intense aromas of capers, white flowers, lemon juice, some sea salt and iodine. Immediately salty on the palate, then underpinned with plenty of sweetness, round and smooth, clearly reminiscent of capers, reminiscent of caramel at the back, then very sweet on the finish.
