Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Notes of malt, turmeric and lovage as well as citrus nuances on the nose. Also hints of apple and herbal-spicy notes. Sweet on the palate, with an aroma of alpine herbs and a certain spiciness in the finish.
