Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Intense Williams pear, also dried fruits as well as honey and sweet spices. The palate is also intense with beautiful pear fruit and some savoury and herbal hints. Soft and round but not too sweet. Lingers long.
