Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Bitter almond on the nose, plum and juniper in the background. Seems balanced. Mild and soft on the palate but not too sweet. Shows fruity and citrusy notes and a pleasant juniper aroma in the aftertaste.
