Fair ember colour and more than just a hint of smoke in the nose: A core of peach is met by peat smoke with a slightly medicinal (iodine) quality. Surprisingly light on the palate, chocolate and nut-mix are almost as prominent as the smoky taste, which finally builds up more strongly. Not for Islay-lovers.
