Manfred Tement, ein namhafter Winzer aus der schönen Südsteiermark, bringt uns Jahr für Jahr die Pressrückstände der Muskatellerernte. Daraus destillieren wir einen edlen, BIO zertifiszierten Tresterbrand, der im Schnapsglas den blumigen Duft von Rosen und das vollfruchtige Bukett reifer Trauben entfaltet.

Von allen Muskatsorten bringt der Gelbe Muskateller das zarteste und feingliedrigste Aroma, gepaart mit einer erfrischenden, belebenden Säure. Dieses blumige Bouquet des Muskatellers ist was den Einen oder Anderen erstaunen mag - auch im Tresterbrand in konzentrierter und verdichteter Form noch ausgeprägter als im Wein. Traditionell, aber mit moderner Technik: in Kupferkesseln doppelt destilliert.

Spicy, floral, typical Muscat aromas on the nose. Highly aromatic on the palate, very floral and savoury. Beautiful, ripe, white grape aromas, grape skin, slightly vegetal and balanced body. Great, long finish.
