Wie schon bei seinem Vorgänger SEARS Original Gin, wird der SEARS Premium Gin im einzigartigen Cutting Edge Process® hergestellt. Hierbei werden die Botanicals von vollendet geschmiedeten Messern mit dem höchsten Härtegrad geschnitten, sodass die Zellstruktur der Botanicals getrentt und die enthaltenen ätherischen Öle freigesetzt werden. Das besonders weiche Geschmacksbild des Gins wird durch seine Achtfache Destillation erreicht. In der Nase überzeugt der Gin durch weiche, florale Noten von frischer Bergamotte und entfaltet sich zu einem kräftigen Wacholderton. Die florale Nase spiegelt sich im weichen, leicht süßlichen Einstieg am Gaumen wider und entwickelt sich in ein starkes Finish aus Koriander und Wacholder. Insgesamt ist der SEARS Premium Gin ein hervorragend ausbalancierter Gin, dessen Aromen sich durch unterschiedlichste Zutaten in etlichen Drink-Varianten exponenzieren lassen.

Lots of floral aromas immediately emerge from the glass, followed by fresh cucumber, mustard seeds and meadow herbs. On the palate, the strong first taste stands out somewhat, followed by more vegetal notes. Medium finish.
