Von der griechischen Insel Chios, wo wenige Bäume, die ursprünglich in Sizilien gezüchtet wurden, überlebt haben, kommen die geschmacklich aussergewöhnlichen Bio-Früchte. Voller Kerne verlangen sie einem viel Handarbeit ab, ehe man sie leicht warm mazerieren und zu köstlichem Mandarinengeist destillieren kann. Intensiv in Nase und Gaumen, fängt dieser Geist das Parfum der Mandarinen ein, hält es fest und konserviert es zu unserer puren Freude. So hatten die Mandarinen meiner Kindheit gerochen und geschmeckt. Keine Zusätze, kein Zucker, nicht gefiltert. Swiss made.

Clear nose, intense notes of tangerine peel, almost floral. Soft and round on the palate, with an oily effect thanks to the citrus aromas. Slightly warming on the long finish.
