Aprikosenbrand: Duftige gelb-rot leuchtende, sonnengereifte Bio-Früchte aus dem Wallis, wurden handverlesen, von allem, was nicht zum Verspeisen anregt, gereinigt, entkernt und zum aromatischen Brei gemust. Eine relative kurze Gärungsphase bescherte uns eine geringe aber umso gehaltvollere Ausbeute. Nach zwei Reifungsjahren wurde das Destillat auf Trinkstärke gesetzt und erfreut uns mit seinem intensiven Duft, sortentypischen Fruchtnoten, einem warmen und tiefen karamelligen Konfitüren-Ton. Gottseidank bleibt der Abgang lang erhalten und im Gaumen bilden sich nach und nach noch weitere Fruchtaromen. Ohne Zusätze. Ohne Zucker. Nicht gefiltert. Hergestellt in der Schweiz.

Intense, cool apricot fruit, bitter almond, herbal nuances. Soft on the palate with apricot, bitter almond and fruit blossom notes. Persistent and aromatic on the palate.
