Diese Bio -Ur Orange von der griechischen Insel Chios, deren Frucht sehr viele Kerne hat und deshalb für den Verzehr nicht mehr so geschätzt wird, besticht durch ein intensives, geradezu protziges typisches Orangenaroma, grosse Dichte, spannende Frische, sehr langen Abgang mit angenehmer Bitternote. In Handarbeit entkernt, warm mazeriert, vorsichtig und langsam destilliert und anschliessend für ein Jahr gelagert. Keine Zusätze, kein Zucker. Nicht gefiltert. Natur Pur hergestellt in der Schweiz

Clear, fresh orange aromas, notes of zest but also flesh and full, fresh fruit. Soft and round on the palate with equally intense orange notes, very fresh and lingers on the palate for a long time. Harmonious bitterness on the finish.
