Wonderfully fresh bouquet with notes of citrus fruits, lavender, bergamot and savoury herbs. A good balance of freshness and sweetness on the palate, framed by a gentle bitter note, bergamot and tones of chamomile and gentian. The medium-long, slightly sweet finish is characterised by fruity, tart, slightly savoury nuances.
