Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Citrusy and fresh on the nose, with the ethereal element of lemon peel dominating. On the palate, sweet and slightly drop like on the first sip, the citrus and a light spiciness emerge in the mid-palate. Short, sweetish-citrusy finish.
