Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Typical sherry notes of dried fruit as well as malt, oak, vanilla and a gentle spiciness characterise the aroma. Initially fruity and soft on the palate, then savouriness, oak, vanilla and some tobacco gain strength. The finish is harmonious, dry and gently savoury with dried fruit.
