Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Sweetish, subtle aroma of gingerbread spice, malt and ripe and pickled fruits such as cherry and plum, also nutty and caramel notes. On the palate, very soft and also fruity with port notes, nice drive and pleasantly dry, particularly spicy, long finish.
