Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The impression of a ripe cider pear emerges on the nose, followed by aniseed-like savouriness and some oak with air. Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, with dried apricot and caramel coming through. Medium length.
