Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Spicy nose with lovage, laurel and juniper. This is joined by bready, cereal-scented notes that intensify on the palate. Strong spiciness rises on the finish. Medium finish.
