Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

A bouquet of apothecary herbs including myrrh, eucalyptus and sage on the nose. On the palate, appropriate juniper notes, herbs come through full-bodied and stout. Long, spicy finish.
