Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The savoury nose is dominated by tart juniper, forest floor and pepper. Initially restrained on the palate, then a full load of pepper rises towards the finish. Spicy finish.
