Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Multi-layered aroma with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, toasted almonds and orange zest with subtle pear nuances. The palate is very balanced, fine and yet intense with notes of toffee, sherry and again vanilla. Very long, harmonious finish.
