Tasting Notes

92 - 94
Tasting from 13.02.2026: Alexander Thürer, Roland Graf

Dense nose with a distinctive peat note, underlined by a light sweetness. Maritime nuances, some candied orange, a good spiciness, some malt, vanilla and oak are added. Powerful spiciness on the palate, countered by a fine sweetness and balanced smoke. Nuances of honey, spicy oak, vanilla and pepper lead into a warm, long, slightly fruity finish.
