Die frischen Holunderblüten wachsen wild an den Hügeln der Langhe und werden sorgfältig von Hand mit Schere und Korb geerntet. White-golden appearance and a fragrance clearly reminiscent of the first elderflowers of summer. Fruity-sweet when enjoyed neat, subtle notes and a fine hint of lime zest appear with a filler, which together provide an alternative to a "Hugo".
