Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Finely marked nose, opens invitingly with notes of juniper berries and figs, then chamomile and fresh sage. The secondary aroma is that of lemon blossom and lime. It hits the palate with tension, intensity and clarity, showing lots of fruit, such as blood orange and becomes crisp on the long finish, nice interpretation.
