Elegant and delicate aromas; dark berries, freshly cut grapefruit, slightly iodine, then juniper berries and black pepper. Subtle herbaceousness in the echo. Juicy on the palate with a salty freshness. A cool and elegant drink; the saltiness persists into the finish and remains on the lips thereafter. A very balanced gin.
