Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Revealing aroma of Williams pear, also slightly of freshly cut green apple and lemon balm, white pepper in the echo. Almost perfumed on the palate, intense flavour, with clearly juicy vein, very clear fruit, full of character, showing freshness and elegance, finish full of finesse.
