Burgers with attitude: regional beef from the Lüneburg Heath, vegan, homemade "Portland Patties" made from peas and wheat, handmade sauces such as parmesan mayo or honey-peanut. Served with fries or coleslaw. Not fast food, but honest comfort food - juicy, fresh, well thought out.
