Falstaff Weinguide Schweiz 2024/25

Marco Casanova is one of the best winemakers in Switzerland. Before setting up his own winery on Lake Walen he was responsible for the legendary wines of the now defunct Bünder producer Cicero among other things. Since 2015 he has been cultivating vineyards in St. Gallen and Graubünden all according to biodynamic principles. In the cellar Casanova relies on natural yeasts and only carries out minimal sulphurization bringing genuine terroir wines to the bottle.
