Tasting from 28.08.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Intense yellow with golden reflections. Aromas of ripe pineapple, crisp gooseberry and dried mango slices. An almost creamy attack that is picked up by the rich acidity. Notes of grated hazelnut and some ginger on the palate. Long and animating.
