Yellow with green reflections. Fresh nose with notes of yuzu, lemon zest and white melon. This is accompanied by delicate roasted notes from ageing in barrique – peanut and a hint of coffee beans. Precise, grippy palate with juicy, animating acidity. Notes of preserved lemon on the long finish.
