Intense, ripe bouquet with notes of apple sauce, dried yellow stone fruit and citrus. The whole thing is surrounded by yeasty notes and caramel. Full-bodied, creamy impression on the palate. Ripe acidity, light dried fruit aromas, mace, citrus notes, long finish.
