Tasting from 26.11.2021: Peter Moser

Rich straw yellow with green reflections. Intense nose of ripe red apple, candied almond, orange zest, hints of smoke and tobacco. A substantial, taut mineral texture with a fine hint of oyster shell, lively, tasty acidity settles deep on the palate. A touch of quince on the long finish. Exciting and idiosyncratic.
