Tasting Notes
Disgorged 01/2025. Light yellow gold in colour with silvery reflections, and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, fine, inviting yellow tropical fruit aromas of mango and papaya, candied orange zest, and a hint of white nougat. The palate is firm, tight-knit and finely structured, saline-mineral with a hint of walnut, showing great balance, freshness and persistence, already easy to drink, an incredibly versatile food wine.
