Tasting Notes
Disgorged 12/2023. Light, bright copper gold colour. Bouquet of rosehip, blood orange, fresh cherry cake and Earl Grey tea, accompanied by nuances of Black Forest bacon and rooibos. Delicate, fine foam with juicy acidity and red fruit pulp coat the palate with a full-body. Juicy, straightforward, with a long finish, characterised by fine hints of tobacco and chalk. A full-bodied accompaniment to food.
