Medium straw yellow with silver reflections and a lively, fine mousse. Nuances of white nougat, roasted nuts, white peach and floral notes, with candied lime zest in the background. The palate is complex and tightly meshed with a core of fresh pome fruit that's firmly supported by a lively acidity and mineral-salty finish. This is a long-lasting, multi-faceted food companion with further ageing potential. (PM).
