Medium brilliant gold in colour. Delicate, fine apple tart, lemon oil and green stone fruit on the nose, with fine nuances of vanilla pod and bread crust too. It's full-bodied in style, with a full-frontal attack supported by a subtle acid vein and plenty of extract. The salty-mineral finish has an invigorating effect, with delicate walnut and almond paste notes lingering for a long time. A great accompaniment to food.
