Ein echter Brut Nature. Blassgelb, das Kohlendioxid bildet eine Krone und feine Rosenkränze, in der Nase sauber, Noten von Reifung, Toast, Hefe und Gebäck. Im Gaumen sanfter Einstieg, keineswegs aggressiv und mit gut integrierter Kohlensäure. Rund, geschmeidig, gut strukturiert.

Ripe but fresh aromas with notes of honey, ripe fruit, roasted almond and pastries. Balanced and elegant on the palate with a fine, vivid mousse, ripe acidity and suitable length. Juicy on the finish with a beautiful salinity that ensures a flowing drink.
