Bright, shiny yellow-green with silver reflections and a persistent mousse. Subtle white pome fruit nuances with floral undertones on the nose, with some hints of candied orange zest, hibiscus, grapefruit and blossom honey. It's pithy and taut on the palate with a lively acidity structure supporting white apple fruit. The mineral-salty finish shows some nuances of bitterness in the aftertaste. A multi-faceted food wine.
