Medium yellow-green with silver reflections and a lively mousse. Delicately smoky aromas with nuances of cookie and meadow herbs, with a hint of orange and mango. Juicy palate with fine caramel, yellow tropical fruit and some honey and subtle acidity. Mineral, and delicately salty on the finish. (Disgorged 10/21, PM).
