Light yellow-green, with silver reflections and a fine mousse. Aromas of ripe pear fruit, some citrus, subtle yeast nuances and a hint of passion fruit. Fine structure, mineral, with lively acidity and pear on the finish. Savoury aftertaste. Already easy to drink.
