Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Floral bouquet, fresh white pome fruit, a hint of damp pine needles, savoury, inviting bouquet. Lean and light-footed, nuances of Granny Smith apple, fresh acidity, an animating food companion.
